"We enjoyed our stay. We found it relaxing and quiet and clean. we enjoyed the whirlpool and got a pedicure and a massage at the spa. Only thing that we didn’t like was the fire alarm going off at 2:30 in the morning. It was cause from something warm in the area. Glad it wasn’t a real fire, but didn’t know anything about what was going on until we checked out and asked. Needed an employer around that early morning to explain what was going on."

"We had a great experience in this home and would highly recommend it to rent. It was clean and ready when it was supposed to be. Our family of six had ample room and enjoyed having bathrooms attached to each ch bedroom and a half bath in addition. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"What an absolute gem rental! The place is beautiful and looks brand new. Perfect location to the water to have a nice little walk. The street is quiet and safe. Great for groups, families whoever. The outdoor terraces are so spacious with a beautiful grill and there is so much room to hangout. All kitchen appliances are high end and the decor is stylish with nice beds. The host was very communicative and nice!"

"I have stayed in a different unit in this complex. The units are very new and great location. Unfortunately, the place was very dirty. When we arrived, there was dirt in the refrigerator, the coffeepot had been used and not cleaned, the mirror was full of smudges, the bedrooms fans were covered in dust and the back porch too dirty to sit on. The shower curtain did not cover the width of the shower. The management company sent someone to replace the shower curtain, but it was still too short. They cleaned the porch, but the furniture was stained and many cobwebs still. I am sure the owners would be upset if they knew the cleaning company had dropped the ball. The bullnose on one of the stairs was broken, and repaired in correctly. It came off when we stepped on it. A lightbulb in one of the kitchen lights was hanging loose and broken. With the proper care, this can be a fabulous place again. I am sending pics of examples to f what your cleaning company needs to address including exhaust fan, light switches."
