"Susanne and her husband were gracious and very very nice. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant the brisket is to die for. Having food and drink where you don't have to drive is a huge plus. You can't go wrong with this Mom and pop INN. We will be back again for sure. ..."

"Didn't like being stuck in an adjoining room when we didnt need one. We didn't have the usual full length mirror there was a door instead and the shade did not go all the way down and we were on the first floor so I didn't like that. They did offer to move us but we were already settled. Otherwise we love staying there when we come down to North Carolina. Breakfast is usually good as well"

"Great place to stay while cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway, everything you need is right there. Nice pool, restaurant and 2 bars. We lounged out by the fire pit after dinner and had a nightcap. Highly recommend"

"Spectacular views and easy access to nearby restaurants, quaint set up and comfortable lodgings. Great for a long weekend or quick getaway. Stayed here when we got tickets for the Bare Sky Observatory's Moon Madness show. Will return again soon"

"Love this spot how much fun if you had a family with you it was clean the food truck had excellent food convenient to where we were heading and actually I loved it. The only issue I had was the young lady at the bar was kind of not helpful when I asked her simple questions like how do I order my food otherwise I would highly recommend and highly stay here again. One of the best places we’ve been in the river was just to hop skipping away, and it was beautiful morning to be down by it."
