You'll have access to the entire property. There's a shed and a closet that will remain locked during the stay.

To use the Pontoon, you'll be required to sign a rental contract and a waiver of liability. The rent is for the duration of your stay!

We require to use the top driveway and not the down hill one, since it can be difficult to maneuver.

Great place on the lake

We didn’t get to experience the house much because of our schedule but it was a perfect stay. Lots of amenities in a house on the lake with a great view. Would be perfect in any season and with a family! Hope to have the chance to be back! Close to Ferris State but far enough out to be quiet!

A beautiful and cozy home

A beautiful property with wonderful amenities. Everyone can not wait to hopefully return next year. A gorgeous view and it's unbeatable from the hot tub. This place has everything you could want or need. Truly a lovely home.

Let me preface this with the fact that I am not an "outside girly" if you will. However, my time at the Hillside Hideaway Lakehouse was life changing. I cannot wait to come back again! If you're looking for a quiet house in the middle of nowhere, this is for you! You won't regret it.

Big Rapids 2024

CUTE place right on the lake! Plenty of space for all. Host is AMAZING with communication - any questions were answered within minutes before, during, and after our stay - KUDOS, Sarah! We LOVED the pontoon and kayaks (our pups did too!). Beautiful area with lovely sunrises and sunsets. Well appointed and comfortable home with lots of welcoming touches. 100% recommended.

Great getaway

The space was perfect for 3 families with young kiddos! Well stocked with kitchen utensils and loved all the fun details! Sarah was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. Hope to start again!
