The spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is situated on a large property with a 9 acre private fishing pond. We are 11 miles to Gladewater(the Antique Capital of East Texas), 15 miles to Tyler(the Rose Capital) It sits right across the street from Circle M Crawfish in Big Sandy which is home to the most famous Crawfish in East Texas and host live music year round! Great Relaxing Weekend

Undersold

The pictures didn’t really do the place justice. Master bedroom is really its own apartment. A deck wraps around the 2nd floor. The patio and dock were perfect. The fish were plentiful. It was great.

Amazing place for large groups

I would HIGHLY recommend this home for anyone with large groups. The whole upstairs master bedroom is a suite in itself with its own kitchen and mini living room. Then I think just about every room has its own bathroom. On top of that, the guys spent their time fishing all day with all the littles and just about everyone caught at least 2+ fish! Spacious, fun, and relaxing!

All I can say is...AWESOME...AWESOME...AWESOME

Wow Wow Wow.... Believe me when I say you will not regret staying here. The spacious place has everything you need to enjoy time away with family and friends. It is in a convenient location to stores as well as a crawfish restaurant which is right across the street. It also has a pond with great fishing. I caught several fish within an hour. This home is luxury and very very relaxing. I recommend the place for any occasion. We will definitely be back.

Friends weekend

The house was a great place for our get together. Loved the outdoor space and back porch. Great place for playing cornhole and sitting outside. Fishing was really good. Caught bass every time we went to the pond. The house clean and enough beds for all of us. There was a few issues that I need to address. The back door was very difficult to open. The handle has been installed upside down and would not operate very well. Constantly had to force door open. In the kitchen there was only 6 forks, no regular spoons and not a set of knives. This made us having to clean utensils after ever meal. I would have expected more given the amount of people you can sleep in the house. Also several lights were not working, which is not a big deal for us but again I think that those are little things that people notice when renting a house . Never able to get TV to work and could not connect to Wi-Fi even after contacting owner. Just think these issues are easy to fix and make the house super place to stay.

Upgrade beds

The house was nice and big as described. It holds a large group well. They could make it much better by improving the beds. Either new mattresses or pillow tops, better blanket, pillows etc. The only comfortable bed was the master. Some chose to sleep on the couch bc it was better than the bed. For the price of the property the bedding needs an upgrade. There is also very little supplies. There were only 3 trash bags and some dawn in the kitchen. That’s it! No dishwashing soap etc. Other than that the property is on a beautiful lot and is very spacious.

Beautiful Property

This property and home are amazing! You can tell they have recently made a lot of upgrades from the pictures. The upstairs is a complete 1 bedroom with living room and full kitchen. There is also 2 queen bedrooms with bathrooms and a small living area with a futon and small Murphy bed- perfect size for kids. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with bath room and a bunk room. Bunk room is the only one without its own bathroom. Eleven of us stayed comfortably and we hosted a 90th Birthday party out in the pavilion for a small event fee for tables and chairs. Our best suggestion would be more skillets and larger pots as only one skillet, and small pot in each kitchen. It would have been hard to cook for a party of 11. We borrowed pots from a nearby family member. It was an awesome weekend and everyone loved fishing and enjoyed sitting on the covered patio.

Perfect getaway

Big house for relaxing

House is nice. We enjoyed relaxing, casual fishing and watching TV/movies. Seems to have been newly remodeled and we noticed a few finishing touches that still need to be done. For such a large house, it needs to be stocked with supplies for large groups (extra towels, larger pots & pans, standard coffee maker vs just single serve keurig, etc.). But overall I would recommend staying here.
