Place that should have been nice bit was not

Great location. Overall well equipped. Loved the hot tub. Master bedroom is really nice with huge closet and large bathroom. The listing however implied air conditioning because it says thermostat (and Vacasa reps I texted with thought it had window unit) but did not. Very misleading. The soft bed was 100 broken upon arrival and never got fixed while we were there. Totally unacceptable as we could not even out it back inside the sofa to use the sofa. Main curtains were also broke. They did offer small refund, but no were near what was reasonable for not have a decent place to sit (we had a full house) for 6 days!

BIg Sky for Guys

Place was fine for a guys trip weekend. Nothing fancy. Mishaps included the fireplace not working and the fold out couch being broken. Mgmt was notified but unable to make corrections before our 3 night stay was over. Failed to inform us that there was an inflatable mattress in the condo or offer to provide one. Minimal kitchen accessories.
