Thank you for a wonderful stay at your condo. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our friends. Hot chocolate on the weekends after skiing. The hot tub downstairs was amazing. The kids loved the heated pool.
Location couldn't be better. Very close to all the necessities- equipment rental, small grocery store, restaurants, serval lifts and bus shuttle to town center. Unit is great with 3 full bathrooms. The only con is that the unit is pretty dated and could use some new living room furniture.
Would stay there again!
Aside from missing a shower curtain, having to call for toilet paper and paper towels, and not having much usable cookware/pots/pans - it was a good stay. Hope they address those minor but annoying issues.
You have big problem with the noise from heating systems. We been turning off both units for nighttime to slip better but still on upper floor we got noise and vibrations from other building heating units.Otherwise, we been OK.

Perfect location
The condo was a perfect ski in ski out location. The condo needed some updating. Bed linens were stained as well as carpet. The shower needed a deep clean. The size of bedrooms and bathrooms was very generous. The fireplace in the living area is just lights no heat. I called to have the trash picked up mid week and no one came.

Location location location... and a pretty nice condo
Let's be clear. This condo was on the top floor overlooking the lifts and the mountain. It took less than 5 minutes to get from the room, down to the ground floor, outside, and onto a lift at Big Sky mountain! I'm pretty sure I'd be happy sleeping in a lawn chair in the hallway at this location, but the condo was actually pretty nice. It's a 2 level unit with a lovely master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The master shower has TWO shower heads, if you're into that sort of thing. There was also another full bathroom on the first floor which was really great. Lots of condos don't have that additional 'public' bathroom when you're all hanging in the living room or kitchen. The kitchen and living room were also on the first floor, and there was a decent amount of room in the place. Sofas and chairs were sufficiently comfortable. Upstairs at the top of a tight spiral staircase (nobody likes spiral staircases, especially after drinking), there is a loft with two queen beds and another full bathroom. There was plenty of room for a party of 6, or maybe even 8, since I think the living room sofa had a fold out bed. Everything in the condo worked including; gas fireplace, 2 zone heating and cooling, decent TV, fridge, stove, etc.. and anytime we needed anything, the folks at Stay Montana took care of it within 24 hours and usually the same day. I want to particularly call out the automatic ice maker. In well over 20 years of traveling to snowboard, this was the first place that had a working ice maker. It was awesome! I hate dealing with ice trays. The only thing that bugged me a little, and not enough to lose any stars, was the kitchen supplies. I was a little disappointed with both the quantity and quality of the kitchen tools and appliances. We were able to get the cooking done, but the lack of decent tools and the cheapness of the tools that were there was a little annoying at times. In their defense, I never called Stay Montana to complain, and I suspect had I done so, they would have brought better things over, but I was too busy having the time of my life on the slopes and Apres Ski just outside my door. Thanks for a great vacation!
Location is a gem. Shoshane condominium is great and has everything you need in place, coffee shop, heated pool, hot tub, gym, fireplace in the lobby, etc. Easy check in and check out. Unit is slightly outdated and needs TLC, great view of the resort, though. Thermostat screen should be fixed, you can not see the temperature you're setting. No place to dry things after a day of skiing, which is really unusual for a ski renting. But overall it's a decent small condo and it works for weekend stay.
The location and size of this condo are perfect. 3 full bathrooms were great for the group. The views from the loft window to master bedroom of lone peak are incredible. Able to ski to the back entrance of the building and short walk to our elevator. Outdoor heated pool access was great. 5 of 5 stars
Easy to get checked in. Easy to get to slopes and dining. Plenty of room for our family.

$650 per night for limited service at a resort?
Air conditioning not working on arrival or for 3 of the 4 nights. Management claims they are available till 10pm but we got no response at all. Resort has no restaurants open except at breakfast. And there was no Indication of this. 2 story place but with no windows upstairs and no AC our kids had to sweat it out each night. When you get into a property at 10pm it should be cool or heated. Will not use Stay Montana again for anything.
It was beautiful and relaxing!!! The view didn’t disappoint either. Great accommodations and service at Big Sky Mt Village.

Almost couldn’t get in
After a long flight the code given to us for the lockbox did not work. After trying and waiting for almost 2 hours around midnight was finally able to get to speak to someone by using the mechanical emergency phone prompt. Was given the same code. Finally given a 3rd code which opened the key box. Was supposed to be called back by someone after repairing the door code but never happened. Multiple calls and days later, nothing. During one of my calls I was told there wasn’t any air conditioning. Close the blinds while you’re away during the day or otherwise it’s unbearable until hours after sundown. The place itself wasn’t bad but the experience with management was awful.
Couldn’t have asked for more! Right on the mountain. Views galore. Spacious. Every amenity you could think of.
We want to come back when there is snow, but mountain biking was fantastic!
The property was well maintained and extremely convenient. We also appreciated how respectful everyone working or staying on the property were with wearing masks and social distancing.
