Unfriendly Front desk agent who obviously wasn't trained properly in customer service, argued with me for 40 plus minutes. Hotel was less than 1/2 full. Said I needed to pay again for a room I already paid for...?..... what? Condescending, patronizing, snobbish and disdainful attitude is what they were serving here for Thanksgiving."
