The spacious house, sunporch and yard were spectacular. We were able to spread out, enjoy gorgeous views, fish the Yellowstone River and relax. The house is perfect for family and friends. We hope to go back next year!
We have stayed at this property before, it is our favorite in Big Timber. Very quiet and relaxing, a short walk to the Yellowstone river. It has a wonderful covered porch, perfect for gathering and relaxing. Wonderful hosts to top it off. Thanks for another great stay!
My family had such a great time staying at this property. We had a rehearsal dinner for a wedding with plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the large screened in porch and plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate us. There was even a bunt cake waiting for us at check-in which was delicious and a great touch. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!!
My husband and I were in Big Timber for a wedding, and it was peaceful retreat from all that a wedding entails. Being able to sit on the beautiful back porch and listen to the birds was wonderful. This home is beautiful and would be amazing for a family getaway to enjoy the sights of Montana.
Our ladies group meet up in a central location, Big Timber, Montana. Our accommodations were wonderful and we enjoyed the community and the friendly people.
The house was so beautiful. Our favorite room was the screened in porch! We spent all of our time out there. Now we have to figure out how to build one at our house.
we have stayed at this Linda's property and every time it's been wonderful. The house is perfect for larger groups and is very comfortable! The house has everything you would need for whatever occasion. The location is just outside of town but not out to far in case you might need to run to grab something. We really do appreciate the owner's attention to detail and for allowing us to stay in there VRBO.
We had a wedding in Big Timber and found this house on Vrbo. It exceeded our expectations. The house was amazing! We had plenty of room to sleep, relax, eat, etc. It was a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and book it again.
Got to spend 4 fantastic weeks at this place. Returned this year after a stay in 2022. Simply perfect. Clean, spacious, beautiful views, and great hosts!! We will be back! Thanks so much Linda and Ivan!
Our 4 night stay was perfect. The bedrooms are situated so it is quiet when other activities are going on.
The kitchen is great. Spacious and well equipped. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and a piece of the provided coffee cake!
Very timely response from the host.
I would stayed again.
Thank you
This home was once owned by a dear friend and had spent many occasions there in the past. House is just as nice as it was under their ownership. Location is perfect and house is immaculate. My only complaint was that I had planned on using the barbecue grill for most of my cooking and it was not functional or clean. Otherwise a great home and great host.
This home in the county is great place! The beautiful property is located in a quiet subdivision near the Yellowstone River. The home is very large so there is space for everyone to be comfortable. The screened and covered patio is an awesome place for morning coffee and evening drinks. The beds are great and the bathrooms are large. The kitchen has an island the size of a continent and is well stocked. It is close to the town of Big Timber which is one of the best small towns in the USA. The owners even allow use of the large 2 car garage and there is a large parking area for multiple vehicles.
Wow! This home is absolutely stunning!
The interior is perfectly appointed.
We did not want for a thing.
The beds were absolutely delux and truly allowed for one to melt away into sweet bliss after a stunning day on the Rivers.
The kitchen is so spacious and had everything one could possibly need which made for some fabulous family dinners.
The screened in porch was filled with card games and laughter with NO bothersome bugs which was just perfect.
The whole house was immaculately clean!!!
The most delicious coffee cake awaited us on the kitchen island and we all dived right in to indulge! I think it was even still warm!!!!
I cannot think of a more perfect VRBO home I have ever been in!
The hosts were most communicative and answered very promptly all my pre vacation questions.
I’d say “look no further” than this amazing property for your next rental- honestly!!!!!
We stayed here first last summer, and it was nine of us all together. Everyone had a nice time, and the house/ yard worked out well for all the kids.
This trip it was just four of us, and we stayed a little longer. We appreciate the space it has inside and out.
It is a trek to almost everything except Big Timber. This shouldn't be a surprise to anyone staying. Big Timber has a very small grocery store and a butcher in town. Livingston is about 30 mins away, and there is a decent grocery store there. There are also two decent coffee shops and a bakery in Big Timber.
It's a very beautiful and peaceful location to be. You can hear the Yellowstone River from the yard and screened in the porch. You can see the mountains on clear days. The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful with all the open space to see for miles.
Mosquitoes vary. Last summer, the moquitoes were around after mid afternoon and evening. This year, we didn't notice them much at all. This year might have been a little cooler as well.
The owners are very responsive. They live across the open field, maybe a 5 min drive away. At no point did we feel crowded by them. Linda asked if she could come by to meet us and asked what time would work.
The property was excellent, we have stayed here multiple times over the years and could not ask for a better place to stay… it has all of the things you need and felt just like home. The location is next to the Yellowstone River easy access short walk. Not far from town… the owners are great people. Highly recommend it!
Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and the property is absolutely gorgeous. The hostess was prompt and delightful. I would definitely stay here again and plan to do so in the future.
We came into town for our best friend’s wedding. The property was spacious and beautiful. There were so many areas for gathering and the sleeping arrangements were numerous. The yard and house were very well kept and welcoming. Linda was easily available for any needs we had - and she welcomed us with a delicious cake! If we ever come back to the area we would definitely stay here again!
