"The only reduction in stars was due to the excessive noise from obnoxious patrons who allowed their children to race the hallways all night. Caution for those who are shorter in stature...the beds are extremely high off the ground so if you have mobility issues, be prepared. We brought in a collapsible step so my elderly mom could gain access to her bed in another room."
