"I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom tub was brown with dirt. Conditioner and body soap bottles are empty. We couldn’t really enjoy the pool, due to security and the other hotel guest. Also when we arrived the first evening there was no parking at all, we had to park two buildings away from our room. I will try a different location next time. "

"Actually our stay was okay. The app mistakenly defaulted to 5 stars. The condo was nice and beds comfortable. There is not a view of the beach as the overgrown palms in front blocked the view. We used every method we could think of including contacting the call center and never got the pool code so couldn’t use the pool. Very disappointing. What wasn’t clear from the description is that the condo complex is decently maintained but adjacent to a former resort and golf course that has been abandoned. The path to the beach is through this area and while interesting if you enjoy looking at abandoned buildings, is also creepy. The beach and sunsets are beautiful but there are no lounge chairs or life guards so swimming looks risky. "
