"We chose Nirvana By The Sea for our 12 night stay because of its excellent location, great reviews and price. Luckily our choice was spot on. Our two bedroomed apartment was on the fifth floor. The views were fantastic. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities you could wish for. You could move in and live there and not want for anything. The apartment was immaculately clean and very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful making us feel right at home. The hotel location was perfect for us. Just across from the beach, we were spoilt for choice with many great local cafes, restaurants and stores. It is about 1 km from the centre of Coolangatta. This we found to be a bonus. Coolangatta is vibrant with a great atmosphere. However, with that comes a bit of noise which is great fun when enjoying an evening out there, but I would imagine not so much fun if trying to relax on your balcony staying at one of the hotels there. The hotel is well located for easy access to all the major routs leading out of town, also close to the Airport, but not that you can hear aircraft noise. There is free parking at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again."

"The ocean view was ok but the apartment was not like the picture and the fridge was not to my standard also the utensils, the both frypans were unusable, the toaster and jug were old and the toaster was dirty. Washing machine and dryer were both dirty and not cleaned for months, the mop was dirty and the dustpan had not been emptied. Also the bathrooms were only given a tiny square piece of soap plus the shampoo forget that. We were there 4 nights and I would not go back nor recommend them."
