Just amazing. Super friendly staff, decent size rooms, clean and very quiet. They also have branded toiletries that I’ve never seen in any other hotels. One of the most quiet hotels I’ve stayed in.

Appreciated staff taking time to choose a room that met my preferences. Room was very clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Breakfast was very good. Parking lot had bad spots but it appears repairs are underway

The room was large. They were remodeling so there was dust everywhere. The breakfast was a joke. It was not a Buffet as you described. It was mostly a continental breakfast with no flavor. No pool. Parking was fine.

The hotel is a little older and could use some updating. The toilet had a running-water issue, and there was no hair dryer available in the room. The oatmeal at breakfast was also not fully cooked. On the positive side, the hotel was very quiet. Although it is located near the highway, I couldn’t hear any traffic noise, which made for a peaceful stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Good location right off the highway. We stayed two nights - one on our way to our destination and one on our way home. It is dated and renovations are planned, so we were told. But it was still a nice place to stay

Rooms were very dated, but they were clean. Beds were okay. Had to call maintenance man to plunge the toilet after 1st use[no TP was used] was told by desk that it is a ongoing problem. I probably will not stay there again due to toilet problem.

We alway stay here when coming to Billings and staying over night. The staff is always friendly, the property is always clean and smells fresh. We booked for the first time the executive suite and absolutely loved it!

The staff was amazing at this hotel. the check in process was fantastic. We had a service dog with us and there was no hassle at check in. everyone was very nice. I needed more coffee and an extra blanket and the staff was very helpful with those requests. Loved the room but there was a bit of traffic noise at night but the two bedrooms was perfect for a family reunion.

Definitely an older motel but well worth the money. Room and beds were clean. Breakfast was good, pancake maker, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice.
