"The estate is incredibly astounding. The house was spotless, the hosts were gracious, the location was perfect, and a short walk into town. The Property sits right on the river, which makes the views even more spectacular. The home is warm, cozy and inviting - a true gem in the area. Everything you need - a cozy outdoor campfire on the river, s’more sticks, games, etc - all laid out for you to optimize your family time. "

"It's a lovely property and the staff are very nice. They seemed a but overwhelmed (or short staffed). Our room wasn't serviced because they didn't arrive until very late in the day each day. By that time, we were in the room preparing for the evening. We just traded out our towels for fresh ones and got the trash emptied. That is all we really needed but it was a bit surprising in this hotel."

"This home exceeded our expectations! Perfect location for both peace and tranquility as well as access to the picture perfect downtown by foot. The inside of the home was a great blend of old and new, rich in character and history but amenities that fit current needs. Be prepared to have all your stress disappear as soon as you see the water moving downstream in the river. What a fantastic experience! "

"We were welcomed by John when we checked in. It was our 25th anniversary and in our room was the sweetest card and balloons to honor the occasion. So extremely thoughtful! The room was adorable and very comfortable. It had been outfitted with all the amenities you can think of…pastries and snacks, board games, toiletries, and a full kitchen. The only thing I regret is not staying longer in this charming B and B! We will absolutely be back when we visit Woodstock!"
