"Well appointed room with plenty of space for a family of four. Split rooms were a great feature. Plenty of parking and the location was within walking distance to the centre of town. Staff were super helpful when we encountered an issue and our room was well made up each day with an assortment of breakfast options for our room"

"Our room in general was spotlessly clean, however some areas must be missed in the cleaning schedule. When I went to close our curtains on arrival there were a lot of cobwebs on them. The back of the sliding bathroom door had splatters of stuff on it and the inside of the microwave was filthy. Our mattresses were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in them every time you moved. Sheets, blankets, quilts were spotless and super warm and comfy. Air-conditioning was perfect. Shower, toilet and basin were spotlessly clean. Kitchenette sinks, cupboards, utensils, floors were super clean. Plenty of parking and lovely quiet area. We enjoyed our stay, but because of the uncomfortable mattresses we probably won't stay again."

"Clean comfortable be and linen. No desk to work on or eat in. Asked to be moved to room with desk (I should have checked when booking). Staff went out of their way to physically search for one and gave me one night there, as it was booked for the other nights I was staying. Paint peeling off bathrooms with some stains on wall. Booked with work credit card but was told that I had to use my personal card to pay upfront. So more paperwork for me."
