Easy to find off I-10. Newly remodeled and the guy said they are going to remodel again? Don’t know what is up with that. The only complaint if I’m being picky is the fragrance in the room. Not bleach or cleaner but a strong Glade like fragrance I could live without. Doesn’t seem to be masking any other smell. But I would rather smell nothing.

The rooms did not look anyways nice as represented online.The room smelled very musty & there was on tv remote in the room, after we got the remote the tv didn’t work. The front desk got the tv working but would not work agonist the morning. They worked on it again while we were out of the room but it was very staticy. We will not stay there ago@ probably not at any other Best Western

I only had a couple of dislikes about this property. 1) The water didn’t very hot. 2) The tub is very slick while taking a shower I almost bust my butt. Those are minor problems so I’ll probably stay there again

Interactions with the staff were fine. We stayed on the second floor and it was very damp and musty. My clothes smelled musty when I got home. The room seemed clean, but the musty smells were a bit overwhelming. Breakfast was the same every day but it was pretty good, plenty of options including eggs and sausage. Really good coffee from the machine.

The staff was kind and polite but the hotel itself needs repairs and there were cockroaches in our room, some parts of the floor had not been vacuumed when we came in If it wasn't for the amount of cockroaches in the room I would've given a better review

room was not fully cleaned, sink and a tooth veneer on it and was greasy, dirty towel left on floor of room. Towels supplied were nearly see-through and stained. Breakfast had one person working with broken equipment who couldn't keep up with the demand. So many people trying to eat that there was no place to sit either. Not impressed at all.

I looked around at several hotels and found this one and i’m glad i did. The price was good and the stay was excellent. Breakfast was good also! I would definitely stay here again

Once, but probably not again.
The staff was all very friendly. The first thing I noticed was how out of date everything was once I got to my room. The comforter on the bed had stains on it. They gave me another one, but I was already turned off at that point.
