They didn’t have breakfast so that was a negative approach but the parking was spacious and open. The staff was very friendly and the water park is best part with the lazy river! Lots of fun!!

Really enjoyed the stay. The room were par at best. However, the amenities at the resort were awesome especially for the kids. Will definitely stay there again. Once you show up you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. The amenities inside the room are limited. The arcade and water park were perfect. Food was good also from the arcade.

Room was clean although hallway smelled a little stuffy / weird. Pool area was really nice. Wish that as the hotel was not even close to full capacity early check in would be possible without a surcharge. 2-3 hours waiting when rooms are ready and empty is not a great way to welcome guests- although completely understandable if hotel would be fully booked

We spent a quick weekend trip here. The staff was nice, and the waterpark was clean and perfect for our young kids! Being that it is a historic building, I was not expecting perfection, but immediately upon entering our room we smelt must, it was an extremely overwhelming smell, the bathroom had no ventilation so the room felt “wet” most of the time, especially the bed sheets and comforters. The floor, headboard, chair, and bench all had stains, and the carpet had exposed tacks that me and our kids kept stepping on! But the shower and sheets were clean. Overall my kids had a blast, but I do wish it was a bit cleaner and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of wet dirty laundry. The Hippie Fish was a great spot to eat and the arcade was super fun!
