Completely renovated cottage style home located in the heart of Downtown Biloxi. This property is centrally located on the corner of Percy & Caillavet Street. The home will accommodate 6-8 guest. Our home comfortably sleeps 6. If you'd like to bring more, please be aware there are additional fees for more guest. If the additional guest are under the age of 16, please do not include them in the headcount to avoid additional charges. The downstairs bedroom has 1 king bed. The common area downstairs has a couch to sleep 1 with room for a queen sized air mattress for 1-2 guest (we provide the air mattress & linens), and the upstairs bedroom has 2 queens beds that will sleep 4. The front porch gives you a view of the IP Casino & Resort. From the back porch, your view is the Beau Rivage, Hard Rock Casino, MGM Park, & Biloxi beaches. You are walking distance to 7 casinos, downtown Biloxi in the Vieux Marche that has local breweries & restaurants & Morgan Freeman's new blues club--Ground Zero! A short uber or drive will take you either direction in 5 minutes or less to shopping in D'Iberville Promenade, shopping & dining in Ocean Springs across the bridge or 5 minutes to MS Coast Coliseum. A great place to stay during the entire year, but very convenient during Mardi Gras, Cruisin' the Coast, Peter Anderson Festival, and so much more! Only one block off of the i-110 exit & less than .5 miles to HWY 90/Biloxi beaches.
