"This was a great stay in Sacramento! I would definitely book again… Very nice staff very quiet. The breakfast was a surprise and I felt very safe walking to dinner."
"Comfy auto-court style. Clean with freindly family staff. Not familiar with Expedia prepay. Room clean with comfortable bed. Mini-fridge and micro. No coffee, although can purchase nearby. Convenient to stores and freeway in a sketchy area with security gate at entrance."

"Accurate to listing. Easy access to interstate making it central to all areas. Driving in you do see some homes that make you question the neighborhood, but it was incredibly quiet & we felt safe at the property. Host was responsive. The home accommodated 2 adults and 2 children well for a brief stay. The kids appreciated the toys that were available (there were few and some were broken) The "play area" in the backyard is best suited for young toddlers, so we didn't use it. But it was nice to have a place the kids could at least run & stretch their legs from the long flight. I took off 1 star as the home has a musty smell you find in some old homes, it is particularly pungent in the bathroom which makes you think there's mildew/mold hiding. Didn't deter me from staying, obviously. Also some of the decorative pillows are stained as are the wash cloths. Again, didn't deter me from staying, the towels and sheets smelled clean. But seeing the stained pillows makes you wonder. Would 100% stay here again. I'm listing all issues I saw to help others in making their decision. None of these things were deal breakers for me, especially on a 1 night stay, but I know it matters to some. "

"We booked this property for a work trip but left immediately upon arrival. We encountered significant police presence, individuals on sidewalks with shopping carts, and open-air activity in a vacant lot nearby. Some in our group felt unsafe and refused to stay. The management company offered to relocate us immediately but after this experience our party did not trust their descriptions of properties. They refused a refund and stating that "police activity is common in Sacramento". If safety and neighborhood environment matter when booking, we strongly advise researching this location before book."
