With 2 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed and a queen pull out couch and a twin folding bed. you'll find comfort and relaxation at every turn. The house boasts modern amenities like AC, WiFi, heating, and a washing machine/dryer ensuring a convenient stay. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Bingham and our house has to offer. Your dream vacation awaits! ATV/snowmobile access right from the house with rentals available at 201 powersports located in town (1.6 miles)Wyman lake is just a few miles up the road, home to great fishing, boating and more. House is available monthly at a discounted rate. Update: Please, be aware the entrance to the house is narrow. If you have a Large trailer, cut it wide. Haven’t had a single issue with anything under 32’.

The house was clean right on the ATV trails. Owner was available for questions with a quick response. House was stocked with all the kitchen supplies you would need. We give this stay a 5 out of 5 ! If you are here to atv pack a lunch not many watering holes on trails but otherwise great trails

Great place for a rafting getaway!

This spot was just as advertised. Clean, great grill, and close to all the rafting outfitters in the area. If youre coming for that purpose, I'd definitely recommend!

We rented this house to go snowmobiling in the area.

Our host was AMAZING from start to finish. Folks you cannot beat the location and quality For the price. This house was absolutely perfect for my wife and 2 grandsons and I. We had a 2 bedroom full kitchen quiet neighborhood. Close to everything for an amazing price.Well worth the money will go back. Ty Sir:)

Perfect location for AT hiking

We needed a place central to some section hiking of the AT, some in the party were hiking and others were support team. The house worked out great! Only 1 hour drive to first trailhead (near Sugarloaf Resort) and there is a lot to do in the Carrabasset valley for the non hikers. Enjoyed small hikes, waterfalls, museums, etc around Kingfield, Station, Rangely and Phillips. Next parts were south end of Flagstaff lake and then Caratunk area. Lots to do in those areas as well. House was well organized, lots of dishes, cups, pans and small appliances. Washer/dryer was perfect for laundry in between section hikes. Beds are very comfortable as well. The grocery store Jimmy's had everything we needed and the restaurant Patrick's was very yummy! Also recommended Kennebec River Brewery just 20 minutes north. The host was quick to respond to any questions or needs. Definitely recommend this place!

Be mindful of bringing a large trailer to the property as the entrance to West St is tight. Also, the house is elevated above the higher of the road, which is a problem if you are towing a trailer longer than 20’ as it will drag pulling into the driveway. Hose is great! Very nice and very communicative. I only wish I had known ahead of time about the driveway. Don’t let it deter you, just be mindful,

Property is beautiful and clean. This is a great location for accessibility for things to do in the area! We went white water rafting and hiking in Houston Falls. Also super close to ATV trails and Boat launch. I'll be bringing my kayak back with us next time! Thanks again for our accomodations.

We loved this place! Perfect for ATVing. Worked well for our special needs son. We rode during the day and enjoyed the back de ck and camp fire in the evening. Highly recommend. Sam was very responsive and helpful.
