The staff is very courteous and always willing to help the room is immaculate.I have no complaints whatsoever and the price for staying there is very reasonable.. When I grew up with my parents , we stayed at red roof inns , I loved them..

The room was very clean with plenty of space. The staff were very friendly. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 10 years. The best part is how dog friendly they are. We will definitely be back next year.

Room was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a fly in the room which was annoying. There were small flying bugs near the sink area. Hot water in the lobby for tea was cold. I was told to microwave it. Microwaved water is NOT boiled water, so that was disappointing. Room door didn’t have the security latch, just a basic lock. That made me a bit uneasy, especially since the room opens right to the outside.

This was a pretty typical budget motel. My grandkids loved having the view of the valley and looking over Johnson City. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. This was the best price I could find on Hotels.com but did not feel like the cheapest hotel in the greater Binghamton area. Clerk was friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. The only redeeming quality of this place. The key system is totally disfunctional. It took the maintenance man 6 times to open my door so I was afraid to leave after that. Groups of men hanging out on the balconies, empty shopping carts in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe
