"Me and my friend had a great stay and felt like home in this apartment located on the 28th floor. The building is modern and located in a new built, safe and calm family friendly vietnamese neighbourhood. no tourists in sight, still just a shorter motorbike/car ride to the old quarters and other tourist attractions. "So here's the deal. The cost is reasonable, the location is good, but the property is clearly positioned as pay-by-hour establishment. The staff were nice and kind, with good coffee available in the morning. Some of my teammates had minor room issues (e.g. water leaking from around the ceiling mounted shower head), but overall not too upset with the accommodation. "
