"It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. "The address as listed on Hotels.com is not correct. The hotel was in actual fact 3km outside Tam Coc. Since this is mainly what I’ve based my decision on when making the booking this is a major issue. When arriving at the hotel at 21:00 there was no one there and everything was closed and lights switched off - it said on Hotels.com the reception is available 24/7?
