Breizh Carpe Diem - Binic Etables SUR MER

Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: a kitchen open to a large living room with pellet stove, giving access through large bay windows to a large terrace with its spa and shower, a bedroom (160x200 bed) and a bathroom with WC, a laundry room. Upstairs: two bedrooms (2 beds of 90x190 and a bed of 140x200) including one with a small dressing room and a bathroom with WC. Garden of 1000m² with distant sea view. Exteriors of 1200 m2 completely enclosed, landscaped grounds, large lawn area, electric gate, parking on property. On the heights of Binic, very comfortable house renovated and tastefully decorated by the owners in 2018. After a few walks on the beaches (Banche beach 2.4 km away, Godelins beach 3.5 km away) or along the beautiful coast of Goëlo, you can relax in the spa and enjoy a distant view of the bay of St Brieuc. Also take advantage of the many activities on the port of Binic, the market on Thursday morning, or the small restaurants to enjoy good pancakes or eat an ice cream with the family. To discover nearby: the cliffs of Plouha, the highest cliffs in Brittany, hiding several small wild coves, the port of Paimpol (27 km) and the Bréhat archipelago from Ploubazlanec (33 km). Relaxation on the sand, or in the spa, this cottage located on the heights of Binic will represent the ideal vacation spot to discover the Côte de Goëlo and the bay of St Brieuc.

L'annonce est un peu restrictive : la vue est superbe où l'on voit bien la mer, les espaces sont très spacieux par rapport aux photos. Bref tout était parfait et ...nous sommes difficiles! La propreté, l'accueil la gentillesse des propriétaires, la qualité du materiel (jusqu'au sèche linge) et ....le SPA 38 degrés que du bonheur. Avons hâte de revenir!
