Location, Location, Location
As stated by other reviewers the location of the property is perfect. It is near the sea, the shops and the restaurants, of which there are many to suite all tastes and wallets. Parking was never a problem and most of the time we could park directly outside the house. The property is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We particularly liked the conservatory with its large doors opening onto the garden. Elise was very welcoming and keen to be helpful, a very good hostess.

Belle location très bien située
Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. La location est très bien située dans Binic. Pas besoin de voiture pour quoi que ce soit, tout peut se faire à pieds. L accueil est très agréable. Les petits cadeaux d accueil aussi. Comme dans un autre commentaire nous sommes sans doute un peu exigeants pour le ménage qui pourrait être un peu plus poussé. La literie est tout à fait convenable et on n est pas gênés par le bruit même en étant proche de la rue. Pas de problème pour se garer et la vue sur la mer est plus qu agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Gemütliches Haus in toller Lage
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde, haben die Zeit in Binic sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, den Strand und zahlreiche Bars und gute Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Ein ausbruchsicherer Garten für die Hunde. Im schönen Wintergarten konnten wir bei Regen und kühlen Temperaturen gut sitzen. Gefehlt haben uns 2 Sonnenliegen... Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.!

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen
Das Objekt ist einfach hervorragend gelegen um einen tollen Urlaub in Binic zu genießen. Die Kinder konnten jederzeit eben mal rüber an den Strand. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und lässt fast keine Wünsche offen. Vielleicht einen Sonnenschutz im kleinen Garten? Aber allein die Lage ist jeden Cent wert! Vielen Dank Élise und Solveig für die nette Betreuung!

Excellent séjour
Nous avions déjà loué cette maison avant le récent changement de propriétaire, nous savions donc à quoi nous attendre ! Des améliorations ont eu lieu, certaines cosmétiques, d’autres de fonds. Le choix de faire une véranda à l’arrière est très certainement judicieux pour un usage hors saison. En juillet, il nous manquait plutôt de quoi manger dehors dans le jardin. Suite à notre demande, une petite table et 4 chaises ont été ajoutées. Pas de quoi faire des banquets, mais assez pour manger dehors en famille. Une terrasse devrait s’ajouter dans les prochains mois, ce qui constituera un atout certains. Un BBQ serait aussi bienvenu !

Wir kannten Binic und diese Straße schon von einem früheren Aufenthalt; damals waren wir lediglich in einem der anderen Häuser. Deshalb war klar - wenn es irgend geht, dann MUSS es wieder Binic sein, und dann sollte es wieder diese Straße sein mit dem herrlichen Meerblick, der fußläufigen Erreichbarkeit des Hafens und der Innenstadt. Zur Gegend sage ich wenig - für uns ist es ein Herzensort geworden, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Das Haus ist prima - es gibt alles, was man braucht, es ist sauber und die Betreuung durch Frau Elise ist sehr freundlich und nett. Großes Plus für unsere Kinder waren das vorhandene Schlauchboot und das Stand-Up-Paddle - cool, wenn man sowas einfach so nutzen darf, und der Strand ist ja vor der Tür. Wie auch schon bei meiner letzten Bewertung für diese Straße in Binic kann ich empfehlen, außerhalb der Saison zu reisen, wem das möglich ist (bei uns ging es dank Pfingstferien), denn in der Saison ist der Strand und auch der dazugehörige Parkplatz Partymeile. Nicht so, dass einen das Gott weiß wie stören könnte, es ist halt lebendig, aber es ist auch schön, wenn nicht soviel los ist. Also, wir haben unser Herz in Binic verloren, schon vor zwei Jahren, und dieses Mal wurde es endgültig dort eingepflanzt. Danke - und wir kommen wieder, wieder, wieder!!!!
