""This was our first time in Asia, first time in the Philippines. Everyone said Palawan was beautiful, so we planned around it, and almost didn’t include Nacpan at all. We nearly just stayed in town the whole time. Really glad we didn’t. Nacpan doesn’t have a lot going on in terms of restaurants and nightlife, but the resort itself has a pool, a gym, a massage area, kayaks and SUPs to borrow, and there were other vendors nearby renting sandboards. "There’s so much to like about S Resort El Nido! The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was perfect (very spacious, great shower heads and water pressure). We had a top of the range hair dryer & kettle, with a mini fridge, a TV with netflix, a drying rack on the balcony, and our rooms were cleaned and tidied every day. "We stayed at Ahana Resort for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very attentive and truly focused on meeting guests’ needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Other than that, everything was great and we really appreciated the warm hospitality."
