The apartment no. 13 with lateral view of the Baltic Sea, surrounding garden and terrace is located directly on the beach on the ground floor of the beach house lake view. The apartment for up to six people and in a size of 87 m² is very high quality with selected design furniture and has three rooms: A large living room with 34 square meters living space with large flat screen TV and open kitchen (high-quality Siemens equipment) , two spacious bedrooms each with a double bed (180 cm wide), a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The floors of the apartment are made of high quality oak parquet. A sofa bed offer the possibility of extra bed for more than four guests. From the living room you can reach the terrace with beautiful garden furniture and the garden with partial Baltic Sea view. From the garden and the apartment, guests can directly access the beach promenade and the beach. The sauna, the internet access via W-LAN, as well as the parking lot no. 13 in the underground garage (double parker) are available to the guests free of charge. The apartment 13 is accessible via the entrance of the beach house lake view (three steps) or the underground car park via stairwell and elevator (barrier-free access) .The transport of a pet is allowed after consultation with the landlord. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment 13 (but possible on the terrace). In the underground car park bicycles can be safely parked and connected in a separate room.
