    You can access Apartment Haus Frohsinn Whg 6 step-free from the back via the terrace. The apartment is located right by Lake Schmachter (50 m) and only 500 m from the Baltic Sea pier and beach. In just a few minutes on foot (about 2 minutes), you reach the high street and pedestrian zone with many cafés, restaurants, and shops—perfect for a stroll after a day at the beach. A bakery is just 2 minutes away, and supermarkets are within 300–600 m.



    Medical care is excellent and within walking distance. The long, fine sandy beach invites you to walk, hike, jog, do Nordic walking, or cycle. The mild climate and fresh, iodine-rich sea air make for an ideal holiday atmosphere.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen

Pros: Sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum und zum Schmachter See, das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Für 2 Personen ideal. Radio in Küche und gute kleine Stereoanlage im Wohnzimmer. Ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem. Badezimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken. Zusätzliches WC ist schon aussergewöhnlich. Das Appartement wurde nach eigenen Wünschen vorgeheizt. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und dem Appartement fest zugeordnet. Cons: Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe wie beschrieben war zuerst schwierig, nach Umstellung auf WhatsApp aber problemlos. Vorschlag: gleich auf WhatsApp ändern. Ein Zweitschlüssel wäre wünschenswert.

Pros: Ich hatte mit meinem Partner eine erholsame Auszeit in Binz. Die Ausstattung war sehr modern & die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und man ist direkt fussläufig in der Hauptpassage. Schnelle Wege ebenfalls zur Strandpromenade. Das wir am Grundstück parken konnten war super. Die Vermieterin war herzlich und aufgeschlossen.
