Welcome to the Strandlounge—a spacious holiday apartment in the elegant Parkvillen Binz. Spanning 120 m², it combines modern design, plenty of space, and a pleasantly quiet location surrounded by greenery with proximity to the Baltic Sea beach.

Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with a large double box-spring bed, a closet, and blackout curtains. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. This makes the apartment particularly well-suited for families, couples travelling with friends, or a group holiday with plenty of privacy.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bright and tastefully furnished living area. Comfortable seating, a cosy sofa area, and the open kitchen create a welcoming hub for spending your holiday together. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, and electric kettle, among other appliances. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The sofa in the living room provides an additional sleeping option, so the beach lounge can accommodate up to six guests in total. Wi-Fi, three TVs, a stereo system, books, and games provide entertainment even on quieter days.

The balcony, terrace, and garden invite you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. The outdoor area offers a beautiful view of the greenery and the pool. The Parkvillen’s seasonal, unheated outdoor pool provides a welcome refreshment during the warm months.

The fine-sand beach and the sea are only about 200 metres away. The centre of Binz, restaurants, and shopping are also within easy walking distance. A private parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Children and babies are welcome. A cot and a high chair are available for families with small children. Dogs are also allowed to stay upon prior notice.
