The living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, radio, and a comfortable sofa bed (suitable for one child up to 8 years old) opens onto a large, furnished balcony with beautiful sea views.

The bedroom features a wardrobe and a double bed. A cot and highchair are available upon request.

The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.

The luxurious bathroom with natural stone tiles has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (for a fee, cashless payment, accessible via app).

A beach chair on the beach (from May to September) is included with the apartment and can be used free of charge.

The apartment is located on the first floor.

The building has an elevator. A parking space in the underground garage is available free of charge. It is a standard parking space, not a car lift. The entrance height to the garage is 2.10 meters.

You can store your bicycles in a lockable bicycle room.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the balcony for smoking.

Please be aware of the apartment's unique layout: You enter through the bedroom and then proceed through the bedroom, kitchen, and living room to reach the balcony (see photos).
