Family trip to Binz

Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day.

the Hotel is located in a great spot. The location is quiet and easy to access. Unfortunately, the Hotel does not comply with international rating/Star system. It shows 5 Stars, but the 5 Stars relate to the German DEHOGA system and not to the International Star rating system. Rooms have no air condition; bathrooms are poorly equipped with only very basic and cheap toiletry products. The shower system was of low quality including the shower curtain. The matrass in our room were old and spent and produced back pain. The door handles, flooring, etc. showed wear and tear. Many of the working staff are foreigners with very limited German language skills (Asian and East European). The restaurant menu is very limited and not up to the proclaimed Hotel evaluation stars. This Hotel needs urgently a full restauration and improvement what the general standard is concerned.

Schon der Empfang war super freundlich und gleich ein Glas Sekt zum Einstieg, was will man mehr. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, vor allem der begehbare Kleiderschrank. Tolles Frühstück, nettes freundliches Personal, so schön kann eine Auszeit sein.

Eine Kurtaxe für jeden Tag, statt je Nacht ist in Binz einfach ne Frechheit. Ankunft 21 h / Abfahrt 09 h = 2x 3,40€. PS: ja das Hotel kann da nix für.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr gut. Das Frühstück fast perfekt. Die 5 Sterne, naja. Die waren zum Zeitpunkt der Eröffnung vor über 20 Jahren vielleicht gerechtfertigt. Heute nicht mehr. Die Dusche war sehr klein und einen Duschvorhang hatten wir seit Jahren in keinem Hotel mehr. Die Türzargen im Bad gingen auseinander bzw. quollen auf. Und sonntags gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Auf einem Blatt im Zimmer stand etwas umständlich, dass es sonntags keinen Bleibeservice gibt. Reinigung hätte man ordern müssen. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht akzeptabel.

Das gastronomische Angebot war hervorragend ebenso der Service , beides extraklasse!!! Die Betten waren min Ordnung allerdings die Kissen eine Katastrophe. Ebenso wurden in 8 Tagen weder das Bettlaken noch die Kissenbezüge gewechselt.

Anbefalingsværdigt.

Dejligt hotel. Venligt, imødekommende personale. Rent værelse med daglig rengøring. Imponerende morgenbuffet Stranden og en turistgade med alt til turisten få hundrede meter derfra. Lidt dyr parkering i kælderen med meget små pladser.

Leider hatten wir nur 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel & wenig Zeit es genau zu erkundigen. Das Frühstücksbuffet können wir als sehr gut beurteilen ! Vorab hatten wir auch ein Parkplatz gebucht was dann auch super funktioniert hat !

Ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider wechselhaftes Wetter im Mai. Die Einrichtung des Hotels könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, Service, Essen, Umgebung, Nähe zum Strand.
