Holiday apartment in Binz with swimming pool

This modern holiday apartment (including a private beach chair and parking space) is located on the first floor of the historic Atlantic beach villa, directly on the pedestrianized beachfront promenade at number 45 in Binz.

The apartment is easily accessible by elevator or via the spacious staircase.

A breathtaking sea view can be enjoyed from the generous balcony, as well as from the light-filled living/dining area and the sea-facing bedroom – both of which have access to the balcony. Three small shops selling clothing and souvenirs are located on the ground floor of the building. This does not disturb the peace and quiet of the apartment.

The apartment is approximately 65 square meters and features two bedrooms furnished with award-winning mattresses. The 4-star rating is based on occupancy of two adults and two children. However, for organizational reasons, the apartment is only occupied by a maximum of three people. One adult can comfortably sleep in the smaller bedroom. The bed here measures 190x80 cm. Free Wi-Fi, two flat-screen TVs (one in the living room with internet access and one in the small bedroom), a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system are provided.

From May to September, a private beach chair (located nearby) is available free of charge (subject to approval by the municipality of Binz). Parking directly at the house is also free of charge. However, the use of the wallbox at the parking space is subject to a fee.

A highlight is the 20m² balcony facing the sea, accessible from the living/dining room and the master bedroom. Here you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in glorious sunshine, soak up the sun, and take in the exclusive sea view all day long.

The kitchenette is fully equipped, including an oven, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large dishwasher, a kettle, a hand mixer, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.


The Atlantic beachfront villa, where the apartment is located on the first floor, is in excellent condition.
