The residence on Klünderberg is located above the roofs of Binz. In recent years, a beautiful ensemble of modern spa architecture villas has been built directly on the Granitzwald.[Nbsp]

Your apartment 9RB5 (non-smoking) is on the 1st Upper floor of the Villa Grieben in the residence on Klünderberg. The 2 - room apartment has a size of approx. 45 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. A beautiful north-east balcony is in front of the bedroom.[nbsp] In addition to the living room with open kitchen and dining area, there is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a vanity, shower and toilet. The bedroom is with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Coming from here you have direct access to the balcony. In the beautiful living room you will find a flat screen TV; Music announcement, free internet access and a comfortable sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th Person. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for your vacation and has a mini oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle and various other "kitchen helpers".[nbsp] An apartment-owned underground parking space (1.50m high) is available for the time of your stay.[nbsp] Your four-legged friend is welcome here!

Villa Grieben

Es ist eine schöne saubere Wohnung. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte hier. Von der Wohnung aus ist Binz und Umgebung gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider ist der zur wohnungseigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz nur 1,50m hoch (den ich aber nicht entdeckt habe 😀). Aber ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist ein günstiger kostenpflichtiger Waldparkplatz. Die Wohnung liegt auf einen Hügel, mit guter Steigung.
