Your apartment 9RB5 is on the 1st Upper floor of Villa Dornbusch in house no.38. The 2 room apartment has a size of approx. 44 square meters and can be occupied by up to 4 people. The quietly located balcony invites you to linger. In addition to the living room with open kitchen and dining area, there is a separate bedroom as well as an internal shower room with wash basin, shower and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the comfortable living room. Furthermore, the living area with seating area has a flat-screen TV and free WiFi access. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator and various small appliances. A private underground parking space (1.50m high) is available in the residence.

Mittelmass hoch 3

Die FeWo wirkt insgesamt sehr billig. Gerade das Küchen-equipment von sehr geringer Qualität, um nicht zu sagen Schrott. 3 Tabs für die Spülmaschine für 2 Wochen war irgendwie auch Hohn, charakterisiert aber insgesamt den fehlenden Servicegedanken. Die Agentur Rujana vor Ort wirkte am Anreisetag chaotisch und mit der Lage völlig überfordert. Reale Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte um 18 Uhr. Wetter war sehr gut, aber dafür konnte die FeWo zum Glück nichts.
