The Villa Amanda is another white eye-catcher of the bathroom architecture. It is located in the beautiful old town center of Binz in a quiet, yet central location between the Granitzwald and the spa gardens. In a few minutes you are on the beach or in the center. Another advantage of this villa is that the parking spaces are directly at the house and easy to drive.

Your cozy 2-room non-smoking apartment 38RB3 has a size of approx. 54 sqm and is for max. 4 people furnished. A small pet (up to 10 kg) is allowed. It is located on the ground floor and has a balcony. In the cozy living room you will find a seating area with sofa bed which can accommodate the 3rd and 4th Person offers, a flat screen TV, and a music system. The separate bedroom has a double bed, a flat-screen TV and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and various other kitchen aids. There is also a bright shower room with toilet. As a special you can have free internet access, a parking space at the house and in the summer season (from approx. May to approx. September) also a private beach chair benefit.
