With a size of approx. 38 sqm, it offers space for up to 4 people. The cozy living area with flat-screen TV and radio offers you a seating area with a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th Person, an integrated kitchenette with dining area. There is also a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine and other kitchen helpers. Pets are welcome here!A private parking space is available for you in the underground garage of the house.
