The beautiful Villa Jugendglück is located in Lottumstrasse, in the best location near the beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. At the end of the nineties, the villa was extensively renovated in the style of the spa architecture. Today, you will find beautiful apartments for an unforgettable stay on the island of Rügen.

Your attractive apartment 27RB10 is located on the 1st Upper floor of the villa. It has a size of approx. 53 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It also has a beautiful balcony towards the Baltic Sea and a winter garden. This modern equipped 2-room non-smoking apartment has a spacious living area with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player and a music system. The bright winter garden with dining area and the integrated fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster invite you to eat and cook together. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The high-quality bathroom with vanity, toilet, shower and permanently installed hair dryer completes this beautiful apartment. All of our guests have free WiFi access in this apartment. On the property there is also a storage room for your bicycles and a parking space for your car.

Lage, Raumaufteilung und Einrichting der Wohnung sind toll, auch die Küche erfüllt alle unsere Wünsche.Einzig der versprochene Meerblick ließ sich an keiner Stelle finden. Damit sollte denn auch nicht geworben werden. Die Wohnung ist dennoch zu empfehlen.
