"Staff was wonderful, property was very clean, rooms were very well maintained, great functional layout, and spotless. Air conditioning worked great when it was 106* outside! Plenty of space to work, watch TV etc. Great storage, loved having the fridge. Breakfast was great as usual, but the layout was confusing and kind of cramped. Everyone was bumping into each other, staff couldn't get to back of kitchen easily because drink machine was in the path. Manager's reception could be updated and improved. Both nights there was a huge bowl of broccoli that pretty much went untouched, everyone touching the cheese without tongs, trail mix was mostly very small pieces of nuts. Didn't seem very sanitary, and was kind of thrown together. Great location, and easy to park."

"From check-in to check out, staff was wonderful. Check-in person was friendly, explained the motel amenities, and got us out quickly. The room itself was acceptably clean (carpet was in decent shape) and the bathroom had been updated. Beds were comfortable and clean. We were missing not only a hair dryer but also a shower curtain - both were brought up to us (how do you forget about a shower curtain?). AC was off when we arrived but cooled down the room sufficiently within a reasonable amount of time. The pool and hot tub were nice, though a bit small (it was June so it was relatively crowded in the afternoon). The use of a code to enter the pool is odd (vs room key) but it is an older motel. Social hour was a bonus (one drink/person + popcorn), and it was right next to the pool so we got it to take up to the room. Breakfast offerings were good - scrambled/boiled eggs, sausage, waffles were all tasty. Coffee was decent too! The ice machine was conveniently located on the stairs to our room, and there was adequate parking. Overall I would recommend this place"

"We loved our stay at the Mount Lemmon Lodge! Our room was clean, cozy, and comfy. The lodge is conveniently located within walking distance of beautiful hiking trails. The Swedish Sauna was the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Nice place . Needs some updates and more staff. Some of the staff seemed overwhelmed, especially at the lounge bar in the evening When we arrived and we were able to have a drink at the bar at 11 AM, the staff was very kind and friendly! Great job Mikal !"

"The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is beautiful. The gym is very clean with lots of workout equipment. The pool which is the reason I selected the property, had murky water, there was no shade and this area was my least favorite."
