"We recently stayed at the Country Inn in Walker, MN, and from the moment we walked through the door, our experience was wonderful. Check-in was quick and friendly — the staff greeted us warmly, explained all the hotel services, and told us about the complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, spotless, and in excellent condition, with thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge, whirlpool tub, roomy desk, and plenty of towels. We especially loved the little rubber duckie gift for social media photos — such a fun idea! The hotel itself was clean and inviting throughout. Although we didn’t use the pool or hot tub, both looked well maintained and appealing. Breakfast the next morning exceeded expectations, with a wide variety of hot and cold options — scrambled eggs, cheesy potatoes, maple sausage, cereals, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, and more. The dining area was large and spotless, which made the meal even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was delightful in every way. We highly recommend the Country Inn in Walker to anyone visiting the area — it’s a comfortable, friendly, and well-run place to stay."

"Three generation family celebration. The lodge is spacious and accomodated all age groups. We commented that after three days we hadn't seen anyone on their cell phones or ipads. Wish we hadn't over thought what we might need to bring other than clothes. The lodge had everything that we might have needed"

"Cabin had a wonderful view and a great deck with a fire pit that we enjoyed every night. Our 3-year-old and 2-year-old grandkids laughed and giggled catching bluegills right off the end of the dock. Would love to stay there again."
