"Staff were extremely helpful, we had a wobbly toilet seat that the maintenance man was sent to repair as soon as it was reported. Restaurant staff were very obliging, allowing us to move tables to a more airy position."

"The property is perfect for its proximity to London Stansted. Less than a 5 min walk to the concourse. The website Laundry Facilities. We booked the hotel in part bc it listed this. We needed to wash before our trip. Upon arrival we were told that they have laundry services that they do for you. For a shirt it was 8 pounds. It would have cost us 300 pounds to wash what we needed. The site should say “Laundry Service” not facilities. If you don’t need to wash it is a great place to beds are very comfortable and the place was very clean."

"Pleasant reception staff and easy check in/out. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Bar was very busy in evening but to be expected with number of guests. Breakfast was excellent - very good assortment and staff regularly replacing items. Bus every 30 mins to airport. Nothing negative about this hotel. Would highly recommend."

"Our stay at the Ramada Stansted was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds were like a dream and the bed linen and towels were excellent. The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming and on entering the Ramada, you could see how inviting and clean the reception was. We did not have time for a breakfast, due to our early flight. However, we have had many deliciously tasting cooked breakfast at this particular Ramada in the past and really enjoyed it. When we stayed on 2nd September, the man on reception was fantastic, very helpful and very welcoming, which was a bonus straight away. We would give him 5 Stars *******."
