"The communication with the hosts worked just fine, and I could easily check in after 4 pm. I was greeted with some self picked flowers in the cottage which was a very lovely gesture. There was even some milk in the fridge.The cottage was very clean and had everything that's necessary. Heaps of tea, lots of kitchen equipment and such a cozy bed! The cottage even has its own little access towards the lake.The hosts respect your privacy but it's easy to communicate via text message or phone call. I will definitely come again and can highly recommend to anyone who wants lots of quiet and peace in a beautiful area."

"No frills accommodation but certainly comfortable and had everything we needed. Steep ladder up to the bedroom loft (we’re seniors!) but we managed it carefully. No tv but we didn’t mind. Amazing starry night each night of our stay. Close to the A2O bike trail where we biked from our accommodation towards Twizel, Great communication from host. Thank you. "
