"The room smelled like cigarettes and our sheets had dirt and hair on them, like it fell on the floor before they made the bed. The hotel was not booked and only had about 6 cars parked that night, yet a late arriving "party" group was placed right next to us at 130am. They were very loud until 430am in the morning when they left. The security cameras were right outside the door, yet staff never came to remove them. We decided to check out two days early and asked that the last night be refunded, since it was more than 24-hour notice. The hotel said they would, but two days later we were notified they would not honor the refund."
