"Airport shuttle great."

"Arrived after midnight, it took around 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, the trip to the hotel and check-in was very efficient. The following morning I wasn’t in a great hurry to get to downtown Melbourne so the very friendly shuttle bus driver gave me a great overview of what I might like to see in Melbourne, and he also dropped me off at the train station to save me A$20 from what the airport shuttle bus would cost."

"The staff were amazing tended to our every need no ask was too big for these guys. Had an issue with my husband's back injury and him being able to go up the stairs so they accommodated for me my husband and my daughter in a family room down stairs with no issue at all we are definitely staying with them again"

"We booked as a last minute stay and the staff were really accommodating and made the process so easy for us to check in after reception hours. Room was lovely and tidy, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "
