Quite good
A bit outdated, but quite pleasant, in the woods, nice to walk around. Swimming pool on a smaller side. Breakfast 8/10.

Great breakfest, nice area
Only one night, but I can say that it's lovely local area. Hotel is sourrended by forest. And absolutely delicious breakfest.

Overpriced and overcooked garnished with bad staff
The Hotel was not very clean so I got a rash from sitting on the couch. The stuff wasn't knowledgeable and had troubles communication in English (except the reception) The Breakfast was disgusting! The Eggs were swimming in water and everything was way overcooked. Even the coffee out of the coffee machine tasted nasty as they used cheap milk. The last bit where staff charging into our room at 0930 in the morning and yelling around that we need to shut the windows while we were still in bed. Apparently the Hotel had a windows cleaning planned (which then never happened). the Wifi was basically not existing due to bad planning and cheap executing of the installation!

I've spent hundreds of nights in different hotels all over Europe. But in Royal Spa Residence I had the best breakfast ever!!! Huge choice, fantastic quality and taste! You will not find it in chain hotels, doesn't matter where at at which money.

Abgesehen davon, dass mich mein Zimmer ein wenig an ein Krankenhaus erinnert hat und das zu beachtende Regelwerk für Gäste echt lang ist - war ich zufrieden. Viel Ruhe, super Frühstück, tolles Bett, die Memel direkt vor der Tür, chillen auf dem Gelände... Top!

Nice room, awful SPA!!!
Room was large, clean, and very bright. But it is better to forget the SPA: swimming pool with a TON of chlorine in the water, and people going into the sauna wearing bath clothes (which is totally anti-igienic).

Jag var på arbetsresa och skulle jobba i Alytus. Tycker det är trevligt att ibland inte bo i staden då jag föredrar att kunna parkera bilen någorlunda säkert. Hotellet var ett typiskt SPA hotell med alltid lika försök till lite finare restaurang. Jag kom dit åt middag, som var utmärkt och sedan gick jag och sov. Det som var negativt för min del var att dom serverade frukosten kl 07:30, lite för sent för mig då jag hade ett möte som började kl08.00. Fick ändra på det och frukosten var mycket bra.

Puiki vieta, malonus personalas, nuostabūs pusryčiai. Likome labai patenkinti visu užimtumu: baseinu, pirtimis, mankštomis, relaksacija, kinu, žaidimais (visa tai įskaičiuota į kambario kainą). Gražus vaizdas pro langą. Gaila, kad užsakant nebuvo triviečių numerių, o papildoma lova nebuvo labai patogi, bet tai tikrai nesugadino nuostabaus poilsio. Būtinai norėsime sugrįžti vėl.
