Come and settle in our charming apartment, renovated and equipped in 2019, to fully enjoy your holidays and the Atlantic beaches. Five minutes from the central beach, you are also close to shops, neighborhood restaurants, and other activities at Biscarrosse-Plage, without touching your car.

Description:

A stone's throw from the city center, but without noisy shops nearby, this ground floor apartment, with its large veranda and its shaded private terrace, will allow you to relax upon arrival.

A small kitchen optimized to perfection (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, storage) and its dining area under a bright veranda equipped with an electric blind, will allow you to receive easily.

The living room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a 3-seater sofa and armchairs to accommodate everyone for TV evenings or board game evenings.

The downstairs bedroom is a double bedroom with storage.

Small practical and equipped bathroom (110 shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail and washing machine). The toilets are separate.

Finally, a wooden staircase will bring you to the first floor where there is a bedroom for three people (mezzanine bed with sleeping in 140 and sleeping in 90 + storage).

Klein aber fein .. es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das kleine Ferienhaus war perfekt gelegen und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet mit zudem einem sehr gemĂŒtlichem Hof zum Draußen sitzen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zum Ort Biscarosse-Plage alles - einschließlich dem wunderschönen Strand / Atlantik - bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten - eigener Parkplatz - perfekt. Die Vermieter waren zudem super freundlich und unkompliziert. Perfekte Kommunikation. Daumen hoch .. es war einfach sehr sehr schön und gemĂŒtlich. Vielen Dank nochmal an die sehr lieben Vermieter :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt :-)

Séjour trÚs agréable dans le logement proposé par Joël. Le logement est fonctionnel, trÚs bien équipé et nous avons apprécié sa localisation proche de l'Océan. Tout est clair et bien expliqué pour permettre de passer un bon séjour.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, tolle Familienzeit

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber praktisch und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man fĂŒr 2 Wochen zu viert plus Hund benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral, was einerseits praktisch ist hinsichtlich Entfernung zum Strand oder auch morgens zur BĂ€ckerei. Andererseits ist es dadurch abends bzw. nachts hĂ€ufig relativ laut, was den Erholungseffekt unserer Meinung nach etwas mindert. etwas mindert. Aber trotzdem war es ein toller Urlaub , eine wunderschöne Zeit mit der Familie! es Urlaub mit

Un beau cocon aux pieds des dunes et Ă  2 pas du centre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement qui est idéalement situé, au calme tout en étant prÚs du centre et de l'océan. Il est trÚs bien équipé, avec également la véranda et l'espace extérieur devant. Nous nous y sommes sentis chez nous dÚs l'arrivée. Mention spéciale pour l'accueil et la gentillesse de Joël, qui est aux petits soins pour l'appartement et pour ses hÎtes. Merci!

Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus! Etwas außerhalb vom Trubel gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft in fußlĂ€ufiger Anbindung alles, was man fĂŒr einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr netter Vermieter! Die Ausstattung der KĂŒche ist gut, GerĂ€te sind alle neuwertig und funktionieren. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz fĂŒr's Haus. Am Strand ist man in 5 min.! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche.

Super séjour a Biscarrosse qui en préfigure d'autres

Super accueil. Super logement. Super emplacement. Primeur, Boulanger et poissonnerie a 200 m Dunes et plages à pieds. Pilat a Vélo. Belle véranda. Un seul bémol, la TV pour les enfants. un peu plus grand, svp ? Pas de Replay, ni d'entrée USB ou lecteur DVD...

TrÚs bon séjour dans cette maison. On ne manque de rien. L'équipement est récent et de qualité. Enfin une vraie douche dans une location, spacieuse. Pas besoin de voiture, on est à 5mn de tout. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

TrĂšs satisfaits, si on revient dans le coin on tentera d'avoir cette location

Appartement trÚs bien situé (on peut aller à la plage à pied, ce qui est pratique pour les baignades mais aussi pour se promener aprÚs le repas), et trÚs bien aménagé. Les petits déjeunés et les repas dans la véranda sont agréables. La cuisine est trÚs bien équipé et avec du matériel de qualité. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle. Les commerces et restaurants sont à 5mn à pied ce qui les rend trÚs accessibles mais sans les nuisances sonores que l'on aurait du supporter en étant plus proches. Le propriétaire a trÚs bien organisé l'ensemble des ustensiles disponibles, ils sont faciles à trouver et toutes les notices d'utilisation sont accessibles.

Un trÚs beau moment de détente à cette période de l'année dans une petite maison idéalement située
