A beautiful, cosy holiday home in a great location. We felt very comfortable with Jean-Luc. The house is cosy and well equipped. We thought it was great that the house is in a quiet side street. Nevertheless, it is centrally located. The beach, a supermarket, a bakery and the market square are all around the corner.

Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und liegt ruhig und dennoch Zentral. Sehr gute Restaurant Tips von Jean Luc haben und tolle Abendessen beschehrt Die Strände sind der Hammer auch für Hundebesitzer.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es Bäckereien, Supermärkte, schöne Einkaufsläden und viele Restaurants. Um die Ecke ist auch gleich der große Markt mit vielen Angeboten (Lebensmittel und Souvenirs). Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und auch das große Waldgebiet ist schnell zu erreichen. Der Garten ist perfekt zum Entspannen, zum Essen und für Spieleabende am großen Tisch. Der Garten ist umzäunt, so dass ein Hund nicht weglaufen kann. Der Gastgeber Jean Luc ist sehr nett. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison chaleureuse juste à côté de l’océan, on se sent comme à la maison avec la plage en plus! Sans oublier les belles balades en forêt juste à côté. Tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les lits confortables, et la salle à manger conviviale. Nous n’avons pas profité du jardin car le temps ne le permettait pas cet automne, mais la terrasse sous un grand pin paraît vraiment accueillante. Nous recommandons la maison et la région !!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Biscarrosse Plage, das wirklich viel zu bieten hat. Das Meer, die Seen im Hinterland, schöne Radwege, direkt im Ort richtig gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Fisch, Obst, jeden Morgen Markt) und ein Haus in dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. Es ist alles da und Jean Luc ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

La maison est idéalement située sans pour autant avoir les désagréments de la vie nocturne. La terrasse sous le pin est parfaite pour les repas au frais. On se sent en vacances dès notre arrivée.Le propriétaire est très accueillant et prévenant.on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. Idéal pour des vacances en famille avec des ado. Tout est a côté la plage, les commerces, le marché, les animations.. A refaire..

Maison du propriétaire avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Literie très confortable. Lave linge, lave-vaisselle, fours, micro-ondes, grand frigo, etc. etc. Nespresso. Barbecue à charbon. Maison très propres. Maison bien isolée, donc au frais à l'intérieur quand il fait chaud. Jardin fleuri. Propriétaire extrêmement accueillant, sympathique, une personne fiable, honnête, toujours disponible et qui se fait très discret pendant le séjour. Emplacement à proximité de tout à pieds. Voiture et même vélo inutile. Très bonne boulangerie, boucherie et primeur à deux pas et à tarifs très raisonnable. Presse et tabac pas loin. Deux petits bémols : en plein été (15 juillet jusqu'à fin juillet) la rue est un peu passante et le balle des pietons et quelques voitures qui se garent, sont un poil dérangeant lorsque l'on est dans le jardin. Aucun bruit dans la maison en revanche car très bien insonorisée. Également, la cuisine ne débouche pas sur le jardin et la terrasse qui sont du coup un peu "loin" et fait manquer un espace extérieur parfaitement convivial. Mais ce sont des détails et nos deux semaines ont été parfaites !

Sehr schönes kleines Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Garten sehr schön mit gemütlichem Sitzplatz. Lage super zum Zentrum, nur wenige Meter entfernt. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert.

Un accueil très chaleureux de Jean Luc dans sa maison parfaite. A proximité du centre ville, des marchés (tous les jours en saison pour l'alimentation le matin ainsi que le soir), de l'océan. Maison parfaitement équipée. Un jardin charmant (avec de l'herbe !!), une place de parking si vous le souhaitez mais la voiture peut très bien rester dehors. Bref, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer de très bonnes vacances, ce qui fut notre cas.

Jean Luc war ein angenehmer Gastgeber.Das Haus war stimmig aufgeteilt. Es war alles vorhanden (insbesondere in der Küche). Man merkt, dass der Vermieter dort selbst gewohnt hat. Alle Örtlichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr zentral gelegen (Bäcker/Supermarkt/Strand). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec notre petit de 2 ans et demi et sa mamie dans cette maison proche de tous les commerces nécessaires de Biscarrosse Plage et au calme au mois de mai. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et la maison contient tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Monsieur Ducasse est d'une grande gentillesse, attentif au bien-être de ses locataires et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

zentrale Lage , kurze Wege, Stand ist fußläufig in 10 Min zu erreichen. Haus ist sehr praktisch und es fehlt nichts (Waschmascchine, Spülmaschine etc.). Vermieter Jean Luc ist sehr aufmerksam. Terasse ist geschützt vor Sonne, Liegen sind vorhanden. Wie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Restaurants sind genügen vorhanden.

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war sehr schön, insbesondere gibt es im Garten einen schönen Platz um im Schatten zu sitzen. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, ebenso viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Bei offenem Fenster hört man morgens den Lieferverkehr aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Une semaine agréable proche de l océan et à proximité du lac. Maison facile à vivre et propriétaire accueillant. Tout peu se faire à pied ou à vélo. Le loueur de vélo au bout de la rue est top et très disponible. Les plages sont proches mais très fréquentées, ça vaut le coup de s éloigner un peu pour trouver des endroits plus au calme . Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location. Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces vacances à Biscarrosse

Es handelt sich um ein altes, aber in vielen Bereichen renoviertes Haus. Innen gibt es viel Dekoration, aber insgesamt wirkt das Haus sehr gemütlich und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. V.a. der gepflegte Gartenbereich mit Liegen, einem schattigen Essbereich und Grill ist toll. Toilette und Bad sind etwas klein, aber dennoch gut nutzbar. Weiteres Vorteile: - zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage - Strand ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar - Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Fensterläden Der Vermieter ist diskret und dabei sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Jean Luc hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet (man merkt, dass es schon lange in Familienbesitz ist und kein 0815-Ferienhaus), die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts fehlt. Ein Pluspunkt ist der schöne Garten. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und trotzdem sehr zentral. Bis zum Strand sind es 5-10min zu Fuß, ein Bäcker findet sich direkt in der Parallelstraße. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
