Spacious, naturally lit, and set within a beautiful pine-shaded estate just 800 metres from the lake, it sleeps eight across a well-distributed layout with a private terrace or balcony.

The apartment spreads across a generous floor plan with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, alongside a living area with two single sofa beds and a TV. A bathroom with a bath and a separate shower room — sharing a toilet — keeps the group's mornings practical and unhurried. The equipped open-plan kitchen handles group meals with ease. Bed linen and towels are included, and the private terrace or balcony provides outdoor space for the group to gather. Free parking is available within the residence.

The unheated outdoor pool and children's paddling pool are open from May to September, and table tennis and a play area are free for all guests throughout the stay. A bicycle storage facility is available on-site, and golf and bike hire are bookable nearby as paid activities.

Biscarrosse's lake beaches are just 800 metres away for swimming, sailing, and paddleboarding. Hiking and horse riding trails wind through the surrounding forest, and Arcachon's celebrated bay is around 30km out. Bordeaux — with its wine estates, outstanding restaurants, and UNESCO-listed city centre — makes an excellent full-day excursion around 80km from the residence.
