It is composed as follows: On the ground floor: Entrance with cupboards, TV living room with sofa bed opening onto a balcony, independent equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hobs...), independent toilet. Upstairs: landing, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + trundle bed (2 90 cm beds), 1 bedroom with 1 new 160 cm bed, bathroom with shower, double washbasins and WC. Balcony with garden furniture, residence with swimming pool + private parking, in the South sector of Biscarrosse Plage close to beach and shops. Comfortable accommodation classified 3*. Only for a family! In addition: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on site for 85 €.

Satisfaisant dans l'ensemble mais...

Terrasse au nord, très peu ensoleillée. Problème récurrent de familles qui "squattaient" la piscine résidentielle, entre plongeons, jeux de ballons, cris, et qui ne laissaient personne d'autre qu'eux se baigner. Sinon appartement très propre et très fonctionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la douche a la place de la baignoire. Literie des chambres très convenable. Résidence privée avec parking privatif très appréciable également. La piscine est RÉSIDENTIELLE. Pas municipale.

L’ appartement était bien équipé quant à la cuisine, les lits étaient confortables. Malheureusement la vue du balcon donne sur la rue ce qui rapporte parfois des bruits de l’ extérieur surtout du camping voisin. En plus à apprécier la plage et le centre à quelques pas de la résidence. À l’ arrivée la table de cuisine était couverte de miettes. Pour cela il faudrait mieux instruire la femme de ménage.
