You're just a 700m walk from the lake, perfect for boating or paddleboarding, 6km from the ocean beaches for surfing lessons, and 9km from shops. Ideal for a weekend getaway or longer with family or friends.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the residence and comprises a bedroom with a double bed and storage, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a TV (Wi-Fi available for a fee, 4G reception is weak) and two sofa beds for two people, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. Outside, a pleasant covered balcony awaits, perfect for enjoying your meals. Ample parking is available in front of the residence. From the parking area, you can easily walk to the lake to relax, try paddleboarding, have fun at the Aqua Park (Europe's largest inflatable water park), or dine at the beachfront restaurants. You can also explore our beautiful cycle paths by bike. For the more athletic, cycle to the ocean to admire the sunset.
