BLUE WHITE HOUSE BISCA-PLAGE

Typical Landaise house, one of the obvious attractions of which is its incomparable location: you are refugees just behind the dune within 100 meters of access to the superb ocean beach of BISCARROSSE-Plage (see photos), the holiday atmosphere - relaxation is palpable!
It is a cocooning spirit that awaits you, calm, while being in the heart of the resort, close to all amenities and its market. The atmosphere is family but also festive and sporty.
Renovated to offer interior comfort with an open living / lounge area and fully equipped open kitchen. Very well designed, the house offers five bedrooms including a master suite with private bathroom plus another bathroom and a bathroom.
Outside, you have a shower for returning from the beach, a summer kitchen with plancha and barbecue, a sunbathing area and a terrace shaded by a large motorized store-ban. On the other side of the garden, you can park two vehicles on the property in addition to the large beach-south parking lot next door (additional exterior photos to come).

Walking distance to beach

Great property and owners. Two car spaces. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Lovely area. Outside space great for children and eating out when the weather is hot. This property is great for a family. Only downside was having to walk through the twin bedroom to get to the other rooms. (4 single beds and a double room). Bathrooms great, always plenty of hot water for showering. Would come again.

La maison est idéalement située proche de la plage et du centre-ville, très propre, la cuisine très bien équipée mais nous n'avions pas vu la chambre traversante( par deux autres chambres) le salon minuscule( cinq places assises) la" salle à manger " une fois la table tirée on ne circule plus pas adaptée pour onze pers . Mobilier de jardin inexistant deux fauteuils pour onze!! Par rapport au prix payé il n'y a pas les prestations

Super séjour dans ce logement idéalement placé. Excellente communication avec Thierry. Petits bémols pour une des chambres placée dans le passage ce qui est un peu gênant et quelques réparations à prévoir pour le store de la terrasse (qui ne fonctionne pas) et la plancha rouillée.

Top séjour dans la maison bleu blanc

Maison très bien située à Biscarrosse Plage, à deux pas de la plage sud et à peine plus loin du centre et des commerces. La maison est très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine, ce qui est très appréciable pour cuisiner quand on est nombreux. L'extérieur n'est pas très grand mais très agréable, avec la plancha et le bar notamment. Et la propreté était irréprochable à notre entrée dans les lieux. En résumé nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ! Et à souligner le très bon contact avec Thierry à l'arrivée et au départ, avec plein de bons conseils de sa part.

Appréciation maison Bleu Blanc à Biscarrosse

Location particulièrement bien équipée. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable. Située à 100 mètres de la plage et à 200 mètres du centre ville de Biscarrosse Plage, nous avons passé une semaine sans avoir à utiliser notre voiture. Location calme et bien adaptée pour des couples avec enfants.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end. La maison est adaptée pour 2 familles et bien équipée. C’est dommage que nous n’ayons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur vu le temps. Si l’occasion se représente nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Thierry et Maëlys sont des propriétaires sympas

Maison idéalement placée et entièrement équipée

Emplacement idéal pour qui veut garer sa voiture et ne plus y toucher du séjour. La maison est au pied de la dune précédant la plage. Maison ultra équipée, facile à partager entre deux ou trois familles car plusieurs salles de bains notamment. Terrasse qui offre une pièce supplémentaire, parfaite pour les grandes tablées. En revanche, manger à 10 à l’intérieur semble assez infaisable. Un petit point à revoir : le velux de l’une des chambres, qui n’a pas de store occultant.
