Expérience mitigée

Le mobilier est ancien. Le sol est abîmé. La propreté n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous mais l'agence nous a gracieusement offert le ménage à la sortie. Cependant, la localisation est idéale et l'appartement est plutôt fonctionnel avec beaucoup de rangements et assez grand.

appartement calme et bien situé. Proche de la plage et des commerces.

Pour le prix, j'estime que l'appartement aurait besoin de renouveau intérieurement. J'ai découvert le filtre de la cafetière cassé, la patère derriere la porte de la salle de bain inutilisable car il manquait une vis, donc impossible d'accrocher les vêtements. Des ampoules grillées dans la pièce principale.. Aucune fenêtre dans les chambres du haut ! Les nuits ont été très chaudes. Mon fils a préféré dormir en bas sur le canapé. Le sol en lino est d'un autre temps et taché de par et d'autres. Les canapés aussi sont tachés malgré des couettes qui les recouvrent. Je voulais donc vous signaler tous ces désagréments et y remédier.

Bon emplacement, besoin de rénover

Duplex très bien situé. A 400 m de la plage et centre ville. Calme. L'appartement nécessite d'être rénové. Coin cuisine vieillissant avec plaques très peu puissantes. Balcon trouvé dans un état sale.
